BodyBus is a small collection of tools and resources for anyone managing a chronic health condition. It offers a simple way of monitoring vital functions – blood pressure, weight and temperature. It has an easy way to keep track of medications and focus on specific nutritional concerns. These are tools I've developed to monitor and inform my progress on dialysis, but they can be applied to a broad range of health conditions.
